A blogger, Christopher Weber, has published what must be insider news.
.
Our governator is coming back to N.M. after making an ass of himself for at least a year. At least that's what is stated in the column. (Click on the header.)
.
And do we ever have some problems that need solving (I wonder if he'll need a passport to get into the state?).
.
Seems like, ignoring the Railrunner fiasco, the thieves in state government, the falling apartness of our highways and the unwillingness of our legislators to cooperate, there's another great big problem facing him.
.
That health care he wanted the entire state to have has reared its ugly side. With a great humongous price tag: More than $1,000,000,000 worth. That's money in addition to those other needs of the state. But our Bill's a Democrat. Spend is really his middle name. I just hope he doesn't run for Mayor of Albuquerque.

This ol' country song comes to my feeble mind... "Wasted Days and Wasted Nights."
Which doesn't address the wasted money and inattention to doing what he's ostensibly getting paid to do, right? Like...run the State.
Richardson: What a noob.
Right you are Buck. For those who don't know here's the definition of "noob": A noob usually means a bad player in a game, or someone who doesn't know the rules of a community. Being a noob is usually not a good thing.
That last line seems to fit perfectly.
BTW, it's official. He quit the race in a public announcement.
It has been reported up here that if Obama wins he might choose your Richardson as his running mate.
I have a suspicion that you are not a fan of Bill. Am I correct?
But it could have been a lot worst - he could have been US President!
Moose, Billy has said at least 1,000 times that he does not ever, never want to be VICE President.
I think he'd lose that team votes should he accept that place. Our governator thinks he can control everything from the White House.
See? I told you yesbut was sharp. Picked up on that, eh?
And you caused a shudder down my spine with that last statement. Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.
Oh joy, we know where most of that cool billion will likely come from. Time to put zippers on your pockets for when they hold you upside and shake vigorously - presuming you have anything left after the dust of the Railrunner settles. Maybe more left turn cameras will do the trick.
Lin, y'all out there in the wilderness are gonna hafta ante up too. And the Feds and their bloody Real ID Act are going to cost the state big bucks, too.
Um, speed cameras and red light running cameras. But some of our state legislators and their families have had to pay fines. They would prefer to have their "rights" to violate the law than keep us citizens safe, I guess.
That cat in your post photo looks like he just stepped in something stinky.
Babzy, I love your sense of humor. Thanks for the first laugh of the morning.
I really haven't read that much about Richardson, except what you've written. Sounds like a good thing. So, will you be welcoming him back with an arm full of roses, or a bag full of dog droppings?
Just me, you haven't missed much unless you like to see a man make a fool of himself.
As for welcoming him back, I'm composing an email to him to ask how he intends to pay for all the fiascos that have arisen under his watch.
