I'm having that now. First off, I indavertently deleted a few comments to the Banana posting while deleting some spam junk. (Sorry. If yours was one of them please resend it?)
Then Schotzy got on the computer and entered a post. Now when I am on the "create post" site there's a bunch of strange looking characters here that I guess describe the picture. Looks ok in preview but weird on this page. And Blogger spell check still doesn't work. See what happens when you take time off to shop and put up the decorations and make cookies?

And now I see tools over on the right hand side of this page. They look like tools so anyone can change what's there, but I don't know how they got there. Nor how do I know how to remove them.

I seem to have always had dogs and cats together, until we moved into this complex. And there's always been enough love to go around.

Did you just move over to "new Blogger," Cat? Those tools on your sidebar are only visible to you, not everyone else. They freaked me out at first, as well.
Dunno what browser you're using, but Firefox 2.0 has a built-in spell checker that works everywhere... including these here comments forms. I love it. If you're using Firefox already...disregard.

Buck, I've been using "new blogger" since I started this. But those tools only showed up within the last two weeks. Thanks for the explanation. I was wondering who might attack and replace those items with scum I didn't want. You know, nudie pix, rude song lyrics and so on.
One thing I've noticed with Blogger, is that things sometimes show up without my even knowing they were available.
I have trouble with Firefox (maybe because my computer was built by a local nerd) on this machine. I've tried it any number of times and it just doesn't work for me. Sigh.
I use different browsers: AOL (their bastard IE), Opera and IE 7.
