THE GENEROUS CARPETBAGGER

Would you let daughter date someone who looked like this?
Be sure to click the header. I can't help but feel most of these people are from New Mexico. (Paranoid, I guess.)
Anyway, our governator (one Bill Richardson) , apparently counting on two factors, thought he might get away with something where tax payer money was concerned. (The factors? 1. Nobody would notice. 2. The majority of New Mexicans fit the category of the header link.)
Ooooops Bill. You got caught. The Albuquerque Journal saw it and it seems more NMers are smarter than both you and I thought.
The part about this that is really amazing is that our President elect wasn't aware that the man he chose to be in charge of our economy seems to be a wastrel where tax payers are concerned. He feeds at the public trough as though there was no end and our new leader is not aware of it. Or maybe his "loyalty" to his fund raisers knows no bounds. There's an article in the Albuquerque Journal that will clarify this for you: http://www.abqjournal.com/upfront/2493260979upfront12-24-08.htm
You may have to "register" but it's free.

Oh drats, Cat, my computer has no sound and can't handle large downloads and I can't stand registering for anything, free or not.

BUT here I am to wish you both a very merry Christmas! Thanks for inviting an orphan to join you this year. How about I make lasagna next year at my place? I think that even a finicky old cat would enjoy my version of it.

Merry Christmas to you and yours, Cat!

And that vid is awfully depressing...

Oh, Lin, the "registering" seemed to be put on the "free look" area. We need to get your computer working better.

The man on the street questions and answers (or definitely lack thereof) were absolutely amazing. It is hard to believe so many people could be so stupid. Wow, that is alarming, isn't it?

As far as the governor -- now President Elect Obama seems to be filling his cabinet with a lot of questionable people -- I am asking the same thing you are -- didn't he do his homework?? I see a lot of cabinet members involved in lawsuits down the road -- could be a big distraction for the president. But then I pretty much consider everything his own darn fault and I am going to be sitting back watching him and pointing out every mistake I see him and his administration making.

Some pundits are suggesting that, because there is so much information available (thus TMI) that people can no longer remember what is associated with what. I can't help but feel drugs may play a large part in our forgetting and assimilating the truth.
You go get 'em Towanda. I'm with you 100%!
